Conscious Transitions

Harp Music for Times of Transition

Sue Hoadley, Harpist

The vibrations of the harp, experienced by ancient cultures and now recognized by modern science, can bring comfort, relaxation and peace.

Conscious Transitions was composed to provide comfort to individuals who are dying and their loved ones. This album is composed in three sections, moving from melodic, rhythmic pieces to increasingly arrhythmic compositions.

Music thanatologists have found that this progression supports physical and emotional release. It is also good for meditation and simple relaxation.

Sue Hoadley, Therapeutic Harpist, composed and performed the music on this CD. She is a Certified Music Practitioner, Energy Medicine Practitioner, Spiritual Counselor, and therapeutic musician to hospices and hospitals. She dedicates this music to the truth that dying is a natural process that may be experienced with dignity, beauty and peace.
