No Strings. No Regrets.
Regrets are a basic human emotion.
We hope, we try, and sometimes things just don't turn out the way we'd hoped. We make mistakes. We miss opportunities. It happens. Regrets lower your self-confidence and diminish your energies.
Recognizing a regret is the first step. It's important we face them head on so that we can look beneath and discover the gifts they may hold.
In this month of valentines, I hope you will “Love Yourself” by working with your regrets.
To assist you in this effort, I have a gift for you.
I have created a free No Regrets bundle of tools to thank you for your support of The Living & Dying Consciously Project.
The free gift bundle includes a No Regrets Ritual Mediation to help you release regrets and find the gifts that they bring. Using your breath, small stones, and the No Regrets Lotus Flower Altar, you can develop a ritual practice to live fully, be present in the moment, and find joy.
We want you to live a life with no regrets. The No Regrets Journal offers you an opportunity to record your efforts as you work with the five core No Regrets pillars:
Be Grateful Everyday
Trust – Take the Risk
Courage to Be Me
Love Myself & Share It
Lastly, we include an article, No Regrets: Living with Dying, that shares the story behind the creation of the No Regrets Project.
Step into ceremony with me and leave your regrets behind.
